July 27, 2019 - Funfly After Washing Airplane
After my flight out west, the poor RV was filthy and needed an oil change. So came out to the Skypark and did all that.
My hangar neighbor Tom bought an RV! Unfortunately, it's not an airplane RV, it's a "recreational vehicle" RV. That said, it's a nice one. I'm hoping he'll let me borrow it. I've got trips planed in it for Arcadia NP, Yellowstone, Death Valley .... Here he is Tom and the RV grin.
Tom redeemed himself by still having the Maule.
After washing the plane, of course I had to fly it to blow all the water out of the nicks and crannies.
I've never seen lots of small boats grouped together like this off of Miller Island. I wonder what is going on?
